More Than Words

December 2016 Main Challenge
TRADITIONS and HANDMADE

One of the few TRADITIONS we have green Christmas tree.
My green Christmas tree is decorated with a star on the top, gingerbreads, sweets, lights and glass ornaments. They are usually hand-made, painted or decorated in other way.
In Poland we celebrate Christmas Eve as the most important day over all Christmas. Christmas Eve is known as ‘Wigilia’. It’s traditional that no food is eaten until the first star is seen in the sky. On the table there are 12 dishes. Everyone has to eat or at least try some of each dish. Carp is the main dish of the meal. On the Christmas Eve we open the presents. In most of the houses, before the presents are opened, the family sings carols together.

For the creative challenge, I have added a HANDMADE flowers and badge with deer.

13arts - Winter Art Journal

Hello my lovely friends. I’m here with you today to share an art journal spread I created using the 13arts products. I have chosen a colour combination that speaks volumes about winter:
grey, black, blue, brown and silver. I have used the "Santa's song" paper for my background. I have applied modelling paste with the "Greetings" stencil and then I have used the mists and glitter.


Witam wszystkich! Dzisiaj pokażę Wam wpis do art journalu, który zrobiłam z produktów 13arts. Wybrałam kombinację kolorów, które świadczą o zimie: szary, czarny, niebieski, brązowy i srebrny. Jako tła użyłam papieru "Santa's song". Użyłam maski "Greetings" wraz z pastą modelującą, a następnie mgiełek i brokatu.

Hello! Today I'd like to share a layout I created using the gorgeous 7 Dots Studio products.

I decided to create my page using newest Writer’s Block collection.
I used the ‘Inkwell’ paper for the background, beautiful tags, stickers and paper elements.

I also added many flowers, chipboard and other embellishments around the photo.
